A nice big piece of Pleistocene Moa bone I found in the hills of New Zealand. The last Moa went extinct around 500 years ago though rumours of surviving pockets have persisted. The bone feels to be fossilized, and should be around 100 000 years old based on the layer I found it in. This photo is pre-isolation. Stay home and stay safe! I'm working on the video in which I found this bone, it should be done later in the week.
